Resources from Robinswood Press contain material which is copyright of our authors, our illustrators, our designers or of Robinswood Press itself. Usual terms of copyright protection apply. Resources may not be copied. However, where resources are described as photocopiable, they may be copied for use in one establishment only, that is, the institution, college or school which purchased the resource.

Ordering

Four ways to shop

1. Online – When you purchase you deal with Barclaycard ePDQ. We do not hold any of your credit card details. Barclaycard ePDQ will confirm your purchase with you and issue a receipt. We accept the following cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SOLO, DELTA, EUROCARD.

2. By phone – call +44 (0)1384 397475. Lines are open 9.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Friday. Out of hours calls will be taken by our answer-phone.

3. By Fax – call +44 (0)1384 440443 to fax your order. Payment by credit card or cheque.

4. By post – post your order with cheque or credit card details to:

Privacy

Robinswood will only use your details in connection with the order that you have placed and to follow up its delivery. If you subscribe to our mailing list we will send you routine updates concerning products and special offers. We will not pass your details to any other company, and we will remove your details from our mailing list within five working days following receipt of your request.

Payment Methods

Credit card

Barclaycard ePDQ. We accept secure online payment by the above cards. If you are ordering by phone please have your credit card details ready (card-holder name, card number, expiry date). Robinswoodpress.com protects your online order payment details with the latest encryption technology. Information cannot be decoded by anyone other than the credit card bureau and remains 100% confidential.

Cheque

If you prefer to pay by cheque we will reserve goods for you for 4 working days awaiting cheque clearance. Please make cheques payable to Robinswood Press Ltd, and write your address on the reverse.

How to print your order

Create your order as normal and proceed to checkout . At the checkout screen you will be given the option to print your order by ‘click here’ to print. Choose this option and exit from the shopping cart.

Delivery

All items for UK addresses are despatched, subject to availability, by post or courier for delivery within 5 working days.

Returning goods

Our customer satisfaction guarantee

• If any item does not meet with your complete satisfaction we will exchange the goods or refund the full amount.

• Please return goods within 14 days of receipt, in perfect condition, indicating whether you require a full refund or exchange. We will not issue a refund if a book has obvious signs of use.

Schools and Educational Establishments

Schools and other educational establishments may order on account.

Trade Booksellers

We are keen to encourage independent UK retail booksellers to carry Robinswood titles – and to receive a good margin for making these available to the public. Retailers stocking the most popular items from our range of paperbacks, plus samples of our educational resources, receive 45% discount. No postage is charged on orders over £50.00 net. For orders below £50.00 at 45% discount, £1.50 postage is charged. (NB: Lifeboat Read and Spell Scheme titles only available at 25% discount, except where actively promoted to educational establishments, in which case 35% maximum discount given.)

Other Trade Orders

UK Bookshops ordering single copies to meet customer orders (including Lifeboat Read and Spell Scheme titles): 25% plus £1.25 postage. Orders above £30.00 net (excluding Lifeboat Read and Spell Scheme titles) receive 35% discount, post-free. Orders above £150.00 net (including Lifeboat Read and Spell Scheme titles) receive 35% discount, post-free.

Overseas retail booksellers: 35% plus carriage.
